Our History
Much More Than Your Regular Bar, Hotel & Restaurant
The Gladstone first opened its doors in 1965 under a different name. Known Back then as The Plas Avon, its still in the heart of our local villagers. It changed its name again to The Legend affectionately called The Leg-End and was a great place for Food, Drink and Music. You can ask anyone from the days gone by about a a a memory they have and its will always come with a rye smile and a good laugh. Now established as a Hotel Bar & Restaurant that aims to build community by providing food, drinks and great music that bring people together and an atmosphere that is a hub for local entertainment. Our approach to delivering only the finest service to our customers starts and ends with our constant desire to exceed expectations.
